Chef Florent Cantaut at Gastronomicom – International Culinary Academy located in the beautiful town Cap d’Agde, South of France. Then a full time internship took her to the stunning Rhone Alpes, Courchevel at 5 star Hotel La Carlina under Chef Thierry Mathiault serving the world’s elite. A fortunate stint at Fontainebleau in a 1star Michelin restaurant for a few days helped her understand the finesse & techniques which can never be learned in a classroom.
